John is a 19-year-old student currently in high school, form four. He hails from a family of two siblings and holds the distinction of being the youngest. Tragically, mid this year, he experienced the loss of his father, which
prompted his mother to relocate to their rural hometown. In the absence of his parents, John is
currently under the care of his older brother, who is employed as a butcher at a local butchery.

Despite significant obstacles, John is determined to pursue a career in medicine, with a particular interest in psychiatry. His ambition is to make a positive difference in the mental health industry by offering support and care to individuals. John’s determination and the support he has received from these programs demonstrate his resilience and commitment to overcoming adversity and realizing his dream of contributing to the medical and mental health sectors.
