Meet Annatasiah

  • Age: 11
  • School Level: Grade 5
  • Favorite Hobby:
  • Aspires to Become:
  • Home Background Information: The child lives with her single mother, who has shouldered the full responsibility of raising the family since the passing of the father. They reside in a small iron-sheet room that offers little comfort or privacy, a constant reminder of the difficult circumstances they face. To provide for her children, the mother engages in casual jobs that are irregular and pay very little. Despite her tireless efforts, her income is barely enough to cover basic needs such as food and rent, making it impossible to consistently afford school fees. Sadly, this has forced her two older sons to remain at home, as she could not manage to keep them in school.
  • Personality Traits: Disciplined and quiet.
  • What getting a sponsor would mean: With support, she will not only have the opportunity to stay in school but also thrive in a structured learning environment where her potential can be nurtured. Sponsorship would ease the family’s burden, provide her with the resources she needs.
