On Saturday, 26 September, 150 children from our foundation gathered at City Prime Academy for a day filled with games, warm meals, and shared laughter. Quality Meat Packers (QMP) Kenya stepped beyond traditional corporate sponsorship, bringing their team directly to the field to spend meaningful time with our students.
Rather than simply delivering supplies, the QMP team spent the entire day playing games, serving lunch, and building real connections with the youth.
In addition to their time and energy, QMP staff personally donated essential items that directly meet the daily living and educational needs of our students:
- Food Aid: Staples including maize flour, rice, sugar, and cereals to support family nutrition.
- Hygiene Essentials: Toiletries, toilet paper, and sanitary pads to support dignity and comfort.
- School Supplies: Stationery items to keep students prepared for their studies.
- Clothing: Everyday footwear and apparel for children and young adults.
Practical donations meet immediate necessities, but human presence builds lasting confidence. For young people navigating challenging circumstances in Nairobi, knowing that local corporate leaders care enough to spend a Saturday playing and sharing a meal creates a deep sense of belonging.
