  • Home Background Information: Sammy is a resilient boy living with his devoted mother. Following his father’s departure, the family’s life became extremely difficult, leaving his mother to carry the heavy responsibility of providing for him and his elder brother alone. They live in very modest conditions, often struggling to meet even the most basic needs such as food, clothing, and school requirements.

  • What getting a sponsor would mean: Getting a sponsor would mean more than just access to education for Sammy; it would be a lifeline of hope for him and his family. With support, Sammy would be able to attend school consistently, receive the materials he needs, and focus on his studies.
