IT and Websites Administrator
Washingtone Aura is a Computer Science professional with a strong focus on technology leadership, digital transformation, and ICT capacity building. He is committed to empowering learners and organizations through practical digital literacy, reliable systems administration, and the development of effective web-based solutions.
His career began during his university years, where he volunteered to mentor secondary school students in computer studies and supported their preparation for national examinations. He later served as an ICT teacher, providing technical support, guiding learners in IT skills, and supervising database-related projects. He went on to teach the IGCSE ICT curriculum at an international school before joining KCA University’s Distance Learning Department, where he provided technical support for the Moodle learning management platform.
Currently, Washingtone serves as an IT & Websites Administrator, overseeing website operations, supporting institutional technology systems, mentoring students in ICT, building communication portals, and developing digital operations web apps.
