If you have NOT signed in before:
1. Click the ‘Sign In‘ button in the top right corner of any page.
2. Scroll down and click the ‘New User?’ link below the green ‘Log In’ button.
3. Enter the email address associated with your Ngong Road account (the email where you receive correspondences from us) and then click the blue ‘Get New Password’ button.
4. Check your email inbox for an email from us with a link. Click the link in the email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, be sure you entered the right email address. If the email is correct, check your ‘spam’ folder. *If you would like to change the email address associated with your Ngong Road account, please email [email protected] and we can help change it.
5. After clicking the link, you should be prompted to create a password, please do so, then follow the instructions at the top of this page to sign in.
If you have signed in before:
1. Click the ‘Sign In‘ button in the top right corner of any page.
2. Enter the email address associated with your Ngong Road account (the email where you receive correspondences from us) and your password.
3. Scroll down to see your student’s school and assessment reports, communicate via the Inbox tab, and click the buttons below their main picture to renew your sponsorship when necessary.
