Trips

Currently Scheduled Trips:
Volunteer at our Annual August Camp and Add a Safari - August 15-27, 2013
Looking for a vacation with a difference? Come join Friends of Ngong Road for the 2013 Grammar Camp and Safari. This trip combines seeing Kenyan wildlife at its very best -- on safari with Wilderness Inquiry -- and the opportunity to participate in the annual Ngong Road Children Association Camp for kids 10 to 13 years of age. The purpose of the camp is to: 1) feed children during the school holiday, 2) build a strong community among the children sponsored by Friends of Ngong Road - teaching them the values of friendship, teamwork, sportsmanship and community service, 3) to educate children in a variety of ways, 4) to provide an opportunity for Americans to share their culture, their ideas and to give of themselves to people in need and finally 5) to bring joy into the lives of the children and camp staff as we have fun and work together.
