Philanthropic Travel in Nairobi and Beyond with Exquisite Safaris

Through a new strategic partnership with Exquisite Safaris, a tour organizer based in San Francisco, Friends of Ngong Road is offering a travel experience called philanthropic travel to Nairobi visitors. Travelers are offered an experience that integrates an introduction to indigenous local cultures with personalized trips arranged by Exquisite Safaris. The goal of philanthropic travel is to develop authentic cross-cultural relationships that generate trust, respect and generous donations to fund indigenous projects. All travelers using Exquisite Safaris are introduced to Friends of Ngong Road when they visit Nairobi. To find out more about philanthropic travel click HERE.
See our Program in Action
Recently, the president of Exquisite Safaris, David Chamberlain, visited us in Nairobi. David met the child he is sponsoring (Christine), visited with Mama Susan at her home in Ngando Village, joined the Saturday Program and ignited an Obama rally, as well as spending time with Peter Ngundu (the Executive Director of Ngong Road Children Association) and his staff. For a look at a few pictures of his experience click HERE.
