Volunteering & Interning for People Living/Staying in Kenya
Ngong Road Children Association is a
great place for volunteers to get directly involved with young kids in need. For students it is a great place to both contribute to their local area and also learn
business and community development skills.

Volunteers
Volunteers contribute to the NRCA on
a number of levels. Some volunteers
directly assist case workers (for example, with home and school visits). Others help to manage extracurricular groups
such as taekwondo, football, and debate as part of the weekly Saturday
Program.
Interns
University students can work with
NRCA as interns part-time or during their holidays for school credit. Interns
aid the staff both by helping to complete administrative tasks and by
undertaking focused, meaningful projects.
Each intern will work closely with the staff to identify and design an
appropriate project.
E-mail info@ngongroad.org with inquiries about intern and volunteer positions.
